Brahmin is committed to the quality of our craftsmanship and offers a 30-day return policy for unused, full-price merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Shipping Label

  Once your return request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Handbag

  Place your unused item back into its original protective dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all original tags and registration cards are included.

  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
